Are You Suffering from a Drug or Alcohol Problem? GET HELP NOW!
Call 1-833-674-6437 for help in finding a substance use specialist. You don’t need a doctor’s referral or prior approval for most outpatient treatment. CareSource wants to get you on the path to recovery.
Are You Feeling Depressed or Hopeless? GET HELP NOW!
If you want to see a mental health professional, you can go to any provider in our network. You don’t need a doctor’s referral or prior approval for most outpatient treatment. We can help you find a provider close to you. Call Member Services at the number below.
Find a Provider
In our Find a Doctor/Provider tool you will find a variety of health professionals including marriage and family therapists, substance use counselors, social workers, community mental health centers and more. If you don’t see the help you need, call us at 1-833-674-6437.
If you have a Care Manager, give him or her a call. A Care Manager can help you find the resources you need to be healthy.
If you don’t have a Care Manager, do you want to request one? Talk with your doctor or call Member Services.
