CareSource^® uses a Navigate Drug Formulary that is updated regularly. For the most up-to-date information, and to view pharmacy criteria, access the online Formulary Search Tool.

Members may be required to pay cost-share for prescription drugs. Cost-share amounts vary based on plan and medication. Coinsurance may apply to specialty medications, depending on the plan.
