Your Mental Health Benefits Include:

Assessments & Screenings

CounselingYou can talk about your feelings, moods, or thoughts with a licensed counselor or therapist. You may learn new skills to change behaviors, improve relationships, and manage your symptoms. Sessions can be one-on-one, with loved ones, or in a group.
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)An outpatient therapy program that helps treat mental health conditions. It can also be used to treat substance use disorder (SUD). PHP may be given in a hospital setting. It may be offered if you were recently in the hospital. It includes one-on-one and group therapy. If you are on medication, you will work with a prescriber to make sure it is working for you
