Food Resources
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program – If you are pregnant, a caregiver, or a mom with a child under five you can get food, education, and support at no cost to you. Call 1-800-755-GROW (4769) or visit signupwic.com. WIC helps pay for groceries for you and your family. You can get:
- Dairy like milk, yogurt, and cheese;
- Whole grains like pasta, oatmeal, and bread;
- Fruits and veggies including fresh and frozen produce;
- Juice, cereal, peanut butter, baby formula and much more!
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) – All people should have access to healthy food, no matter what your income. If you need help getting healthy food, you may qualify for SNAP. Learn more and apply today.
