As of May 2, 2022, your telemedicine services has a new face! Teladoc® is a health care service that offers easy, secure 24/7 access to board-certified doctors. Skip the trip and the wait. Save money, time and worry when you use Teladoc. In addition, your telemedicine services will now include mental health visits. You and your family can talk to a Teladoc provider by phone or video from wherever you are.

You can continue to use your telemedicine services through RelyMD (formerly known as MYidealDOCTOR®) until May 2, 2022.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are using telemedicine services through your primary care provider (PCP), you can continue to do so. Teladoc is another option you have for telemedicine services.

If you have questions, please call Member Services at 1-800-479-9502 (TTY: 1-800-750-0750), 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
