Each spring, we partner with SPH Analytics, a Press Ganey Solution, to conduct a survey about your overall health care experiences. It helps us learn how we can better serve you. Specialty ABA Provider Network Closure Notification – IN MP

Effective January 1, 2023, the Indiana Marketplace network will be closed to the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider specialty. ABA providers who are not participating with CareSource Marketplace network may only provide services if prior authorization is obtained. Marketplace patients may be referred to providers who are in-network. For more information, please contact Provider Services at 1-866-286-9949 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).

As of January 1, 2023, your telehealth services have a new face! Teladoc® is a health care service that offers easy, safe, 24/7 access to board-certified doctors. Skip the trip and the wait. Save money, time, and worry when you use Teladoc. Plus, your telehealth services now include mental health visits. You and your family can talk to a Teladoc provider by phone or video from wherever you are.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are using telehealth services with your primary medical provider (PMP), you can still do so. Teladoc is an added choice for telehealth services.

Effective Jan. 1, 2023, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers who are not participating with CareSource Hoosier Healthwise (HHW) and Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) networks may only provide services if prior authorization is obtained.
