CareSource on Forbes List of America’s Best-In-State Employers for 2024

DAYTON, Ohio (CARESOURCE) – CareSource, a nationally recognized nonprofit health plan, announced today it has been named to the prestigious Forbes list of America’s Best-In-State Employers for 2024. It was ranked number 46 overall in the list of 100 Ohio-based employers with 500 or more workers.

Survey participants were asked to evaluate their employers, industry peers and employers of people in their lives and rate how likely they would be to recommend them to friends and family. Responses, which were received from all 50 states and Washington D.C., were tallied and incorporated into a scoring system, along with survey data from the past three years. Roughly 4.4 million employer evaluations were used to identify the list.

The 2024 list of “America’s Best Employers by State” was produced by Forbes in partnership with market research firm Statista. The results are based on independent survey responses from over 160,000 employees at companies employing 500-or-more people from all industry sectors.
