CareSource Named a 2021 Outstanding Diversity Organization

The Dayton Business Journal has named CareSource an Outstanding Diversity Organization in 2021. The awards recognize organizations who have harnessed diversity within their work forces and actively takes the lead to promote and champion the business case for diversity.

“At CareSource, we work every day to reduce and ultimately eliminate health disparities that adversely affect excluded or marginalized groups,” said Patrice Harris, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at CareSource. “We are excited to see the impact of our efforts and are encouraged to push ahead to tackle all the work that still lies before us.”
