CareSource Member Expresses Appreciation to Employees

A CareSource member expressed her appreciation for CareSource's ongoing efforts to communicate health care information as well as answer questions when contacting the organization for support. CareSource employees make a difference in members' lives by helping ensure they have the tools, resources and answers they need to improve their health and overall well-being. Special thanks to our Customer Care, Marketing, Communications and Advocacy and Print Production teams for making positive connections for members and demonstrating what it means to have health care with heart. Hello. I am writing to you today (because I do not use a computer) to let you know how much I love getting your newsletters. I read them and always hold onto them in a folder to look back at. They always have good stuff to read and I appreciate your customer care/service. So kind - that's what we need! Thank you.
