Your Care Manager can also help you understand your plan benefits. You can use your Care Manager as much or as little as you like.

The Open Enrollment Period for Marketplace health plans is November 1, 2024 through January 15, 2025, so now is the time to select our Healthy Heart Plan or another CareSource plan of your choice.
- Enroll by December 15, 2024, for coverage to start January 1, 2025.
- If you wait until after December 15 to enroll, the coverage you select will not become effective until February 1. If you are auto-enrolled, you will have your current or pre-selected coverage for the month of January.
- Enroll by January 15 for coverage to start February 1.
