Every simple and affordable CareSource Marketplace plan offers coverage for pre-existing conditions and no annual or lifetime dollar limits for essential health benefits. Now, you can get these additional high deductible health plan preventive benefits too!
$0 COST COVERAGE FOR SELECT DRUGS‡
Save on ACE Inhibitors like linisopril, beta-blockers like metoprolol and statins like atorvastatin. Plus, $0 cost diabetes generic drugs like alogliptin and metformin, brand names like Jardiance® and insulins like Basaglar® and Humalog®.
$0 COST FOR SELF-MANAGEMENT
Each CareSource Marketplace HDHP Preventive plan member living with diabetes is eligible for a $0 OneTouch Verio® glucose meter and test strips, lancets/lancing device, pen needles, insulin syringes/needles and ketone test strips.
$0 COST COVERAGE FOR SELECT MEDICAL SERVICES
Included in the HDHP Preventive plan coverage are select medical services like $0 retinopathy eye screening, A1C tests and Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) testing.

The Open Enrollment Period for Marketplace health plans is November 1, 2024 through January 15, 2025, so now is the time to select our HDHP Preventive Plan or another CareSource plan of your choice.
- Enroll by December 15, 2024, for coverage to start January 1, 2025.
- If you wait until after December 15 to enroll, the coverage you select will not become effective until February 1. If you are auto-enrolled, you will have your current or pre-selected coverage for the month of January.
- Enroll by January 15 for coverage to start February 1.
