  • Thinking of suicide or hurting themselves
  • Having a mental health crisis
  • Having a substance use crisis

Pregnant members and their partners often need special support. You, your partner and family can get help before, during and after your pregnancy. You can talk with mental health providers, childbirth and other specialists. If you have lost a pregnancy, you, your partner and family can also get support.
