Counseling | Also known as “talk therapy.” You can talk about your feelings, moods, or thoughts with a licensed counselor or therapist. You may learn new skills to change behaviors, improve relationships, and manage your symptoms. Sessions can be one-on-one, with loved ones, or in a group. |
Partial Hospitalization | An outpatient therapy program that helps treat mental health conditions. It can also be used to treat substance use disorder (SUD). PHP may be given in a hospital setting.
