Use the Find My Prescriptions tool and Drug List below to verify coverage and check the costs of drugs and some supplies for HAP CareSource MI Health Link insurance plans.
If you are a member, your plan name is on your HAP CareSource MI Health Link member ID card. Members and health partners may be contacted by a pharmacist to discuss medications. We encourage members to talk with their pharmacists about their medications. This can help members to get the best results from the drugs they are taking.
HAP CareSource MI Health Link uses a Formulary. The list shows the drugs we like our providers to prescribe. The comprehensive formulary is the entire list of Part D drugs covered by our Part D plan. This list includes a select list of non-Part D drugs and over-the-counter (OTC) products covered under your Medicaid benefit.
