Find My Prescriptions

HAP CareSource pays for all medically necessary prescription drugs on our Preferred Drug List (PDL). These are drugs we prefer your provider to prescribe. There is no copay for covered drugs.

Be sure to bring your HAP CareSource ID card with your prescription to the pharmacy. Your ID card will let pharmacies know that HAP CareSource pays for your medicines. If you think you will travel out of state, be sure to fill your prescriptions before you leave.

Find My Prescriptions

HAP CareSource has a Find My Prescriptions tool where you can find your medicines. This is where you will find the HAP CareSource Preferred Drug List and the most current changes and updates, too. If you don’t have access to the internet, we can help you. Call Member Services to learn more.
