Select Primary Provider

Want to choose or change your primary care provider (PCP)? It’s easy! You can choose a new primary provider by logging into your My CareSource account and selecting one from the providers in the HAP CareSource network. Click the Find a PCP button on the MyHelp menu. They are pre-sorted for your state and plan in the Find a Doctor/Provider tool when you access it here.

If you can’t find a provider, call Member Services. We’ll be happy to help you find a provider to meet your needs.

Telling us who you have selected as a PCP helps to ensure that you receive the PCP cost share level when visiting this doctor.
