Can’t get to your PCP? No worries! You can easily get vaccines – like the flu shot – at a convenience care clinic, like CVS.

Need a ride to get your flu shot?
Whether you are visiting your PCP or a convenience care clinic, we’ve got your back! Call Member Services at 1-833-230-2057 (TTY: 1-833-711-4711 or 711) 48 hours before your visit to book a free ride to your visit.
Teladoc
You may still get sick even if you take the right steps. We have choices for you then too! We partner with Teladoc® to give you 24/7 health care virtually. This is a good choice when you can’t get to your PCP. You and your family can talk to a Teladoc provider by phone or video from anywhere. Use Teladoc for help with:
- Cold and flu
- Sore throat
- Sinuses
- Pink eye
- And more!

Over-the-Counter Medications
When you’re sick, medication can be helpful. Thanks to your HAP CareSource MI Health Link benefits, you can get over-the-counter (OTC) medications for free! This means you don’t need a prescription. Some things you can get are:
