What is 9-8-8?
9-8-8 is a direct, national line. It is to help people with all types of mental health crisis. You can call, text or chat with someone at 9-8-8. In Michigan, 9-8-8 is answered by the Michigan Crisis and Access Line (MiCAL). You can use 9-8-8, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
