What is MFA?

MFA is the method used to make sure online accounts are safe. MFA uses three types of safety when logging in, such as:

How Does it Work?

Let’s say you’re logging into your My CareSouce® account. First, you’ll type in your username and password. Then, as a second step, you’ll enter a one-time code sent to your email or smartphone. That’s it!
