Founded in 1989, CareSource administers one of the largest Medicaid managed care plans in the U.S. The organization offers a variety of health insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare and Health Insurance Marketplace products. As a mission-driven and member-centric organization, CareSource is transforming health care by providing innovative programs to members in a growing number of states, including Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

CareSource Military & Veterans^TM

CareSource Military & Veterans is dedicated to improving health care access and delivery for service members, retirees, veterans, and their families. We transform health care for the military community through care coordination and integrated programs that improve the health and well-being of our members. As a mission-driven organization, we invest resources into the communities and families we serve.

CareSource PASSE^TM

CareSource PASSE is made up of five leading Arkansas health care groups and CareSource. CareSource is a multi-state health plan. We are known as an innovative leader in managed care. Together this PASSE will work to help people with complex health needs. We want to improve our members’ health outcomes.

This group of Arkansas health care providers brings a wide range of knowledge from many medical and behavioral health perspectives. They have a history of experience serving their fellow Arkansans. They are leaders who will bring passion for change to the PASSE program. They will turn to CareSource’s experience in Medicaid to make health care easier to get and to use by our members.

HAP CareSource^TM

HAP CareSource is a joint venture between Health Alliance Plan (HAP) a Michigan-based health plan that provides health coverage to individuals and companies of all sizes, and CareSource a nationally recognized managed care organization with more than 2 million members. HAP CareSource extends and enhances the mission-based legacies of two trusted, midwestern nonprofit organizations – offering comprehensive health coverage, access to physicians and quality care with compassion. The joint venture enables HAP CareSource to provide more Michiganders access to award-winning products, services and an expanded provider network and to expand services to Medicaid-eligible individuals in the Lower Peninsula. 

TrueCare^TM

TrueCare is a not-for-profit Mississippi health maintenance organization that was formed by a coalition of Mississippi’s most well-respected hospitals and health systems to serve as Mississippi’s one and only provider-sponsored health plan. TrueCare is a Mississippi non-profit, provider-sponsored health plan formed by a coalition of Mississippi hospitals and health systems throughout the state and supported by CareSource’s national leadership in quality and operational excellence.

TrueCare will change the way health care is delivered in Mississippi.
