Member Services

Representatives are available by telephone Monday through Friday, except on the following holidays:

Members access Member Services by calling our toll-free number, 1-833-230-2099 (TTY for the hearing impaired: 1-800-648-6056 or 711), 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), and following the menu prompts.

CareSource24® Nurse Advice Line

If members have questions about their health or where to get care, CareSource24® provides around-the-clock access to a caring and experienced staff of registered nurses.

Members can call the CareSource24 toll-free number located on their ID cards 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
