Documents
- Member Handbook: This is a guide of your health benefits. You can look up your covered benefits and services, where to get care, and your rights and responsibilities as a CareSource PASSE member.
- New Member Booklet: This is mailed to you when you enroll. It has an overview of your plan. It also comes with your member ID card.
- Non-Discrimination Notice: Learn how to get help in your preferred language. It also tells you how to get materials in other formats like large print, braille, or audio.
- Cultural Competency Plan: This explains how we recognize cultural needs and preferences. It also goes over we use a culturally sensitive approach to serve you.
