Jennifer Dougherty, Chief Human Resources Officer

Jennifer Dougherty is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CareSource where she leads human capital strategy and provides strategic direction to senior leadership to accelerate organizational transformation and advance leadership development.

Jennifer’s commitment to excellence and compassion plays a pivotal role in shaping CareSource’s people-centric approach. She is deeply committed to nurturing an inclusive workplace culture and serves as the executive sponsor of CareSource’s Equity Council, which advances diversity and inclusion best practices in support of a workforce where every voice is heard and valued.

With more than 25 years of experience in human resources leadership and organizational transformation, Jennifer has also held senior positions with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Aramark.

In addition to her work at CareSource, Jennifer serves as a board member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities Dayton and as a volunteer and supporter of the American Heart Association and American Red Cross. She holds bachelor’s degrees in public relations and communications from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.
