We know that good health is more than just good health care. Being able to drive can help you get to services that are vital for your health and well-being. CareSource Reentry Program™

Rewards for Wellness
Babies First®
Getting the proper care when you are pregnant is not just good medicine, it’s rewarding, too! Earn rewards for going to the doctor while you are pregnant and after your baby is born. Learn more and sign up for Babies First.
Kids First
We want to make sure that kids and teens have what they need for a healthy life. Your child ages 16 months through 17 years can earn rewards through the Kids First program. Rewards are based on each child’s age, health, and wellness needs. Learn more and sign up for Kids First.
MyHealth Rewards
Adults ages 18 and older can earn rewards through the MyHealth program! Rewards may vary by age, gender, and health needs. Learn more about the MyHealth Rewards program.
Transportation
If you need transportation, you can get free rides to and from your health care visits. You can also get rides to any Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), or Medicaid renewal (redetermination) appointments. Telehealth
Telehealth is convenient option for some types of care. Instead of going into an office for a visit, you can use your phone or computer to see and talk to providers from wherever you are. There is no cost to you and telehealth removes the stress of needing transportation services. Learn more about telehealth.
