Quick Start Steps for New Members
Follow these Quick Start Steps for New Members to ensure a smooth start to your new benefits.
We want to help you make the most of your plan. You can call Member Services if you have questions. Here are some other things you should know.
For New Members:
- You will get a new member booklet. It will have your member ID card with it.
- We may contact you if we think you might benefit from extra help managing your health care, like our Care Management or Disease Management programs.
- We will also send you health reminders sometimes, like newsletters with information about healthy living and your health care plan.
