Quality Improvement
We are always working to improve your quality of care and service. We want you to be happy with the care and services you get. We use data to see how well we are doing. Some of the areas of care and service that we look at are:
- Well-child care
- Preventive screenings
- Prenatal and postpartum care
- Chronic disease management for conditions such as:
- Asthma
- Diabetes
- High blood pressure
- Care after being in a hospital for a behavioral health condition
- Care for children given ADHD medicines
We also look at how quickly our members get care and if they got the care they needed from their PMP. We also check to ensure you get good service from CareSource.
Preventive Health Guidelines
We use national preventive health guidelines to help you earn about staying healthy. These guidelines help you get the health screenings and exams that you need. Learn more about the preventive care guidelines.
We may also call or send you information on health care checkups and screenings you may need.
Members with a chronic condition (such as asthma or diabetes) should:
