You don’t need a doctor’s referral or pre-approval for most outpatient treatment. CareSource wants to get you on the path to recovery. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are here to help you when you are going through a mental health or substance use crisis. We want to make sure you get the right services as soon as possible.

Are You Feeling Depressed or Hopeless? GET HELP NOW!

Call 9-8-8 to reach a crisis counselor with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also call the Behavioral Health (BH) Crisis line at 1-833-227-3464 or (TTY: 1-800-743-3333 or 711) and speak to a licensed professional with behavioral health training. Call us if you are:

  • Feeling hopeless
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Feeling anxious
  • Feeling alone
  • Feeling depressed
  • Feeling like there is no reason for living
  • Using or abusing drugs or alcohol
  • Having dramatic mood changes

National Resources

The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline provides support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call or text at any time at 1-833-TLC-MAMA (1-833-852-6262). The hotline is confidential and free. Help is offered in English and Spanish for pregnant, postpartum and post-loss individuals and their partners and families.

You can talk with professional mental health and health care providers, childbirth professionals and certified peer specialists. The hotline offers support, understanding, brief intervention and resources.
