We can get someone who can sign or speak your language to help you talk with us or your doctor over the phone or in person. This is a free service to our members.
CareSource24® Nurse Advice Line: 1-844-206-5947 (TTY: 1-800-743-3333 or 711) – Members can call any time to talk with a caring, skilled nurse. This is a free call. Call 24/7, 365 days a year (including observed holidays).
Call the CareSource24 Nurse Advice Line to:
- Get help when you are sick
- Find out how to care for an injury
- Find out more about drugs or other medicines
- Decide what kind of care you need
- Get information about medical tests or surgery
- Get help when you have after-hour non-traumatic dental concerns
- Learn about healthy eating or wellness
Are You Feeling Depressed or Hopeless? GET HELP NOW!
Call 9-8-8 to reach a crisis counselor with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also call the Behavioral Health (BH) Crisis line at 1-833-227-3464 or (TTY: 1-800-743-3333 or 711) and speak to a professional with behavioral health training. Call us if you are:
- Feeling hopeless
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Feeling anxious
- Feeling alone
- Feeling depressed
- Feeling like there is no reason for living

Are you looking for a new doctor? Do you want to see if we cover your prescription? Do you need to ask for a new ID card? You can use the Quick Links on the left side of the page to find information fast and submit requests online anytime day or night.
With Quick Links, you can find doctors/providers, pharmacies, and covered medications. You can also set up a free, secure My CareSource® online account. Use it to:
- Change your doctor
- Request a new ID card
- Pay your premium
- See your claim information
- And more
Log in or create your My CareSource account. You can also get the free CareSource mobile app to use many of these features on-the-go. Get the CareSource mobile app through the App Store® for iPhone® or Google Play® for Android®.
Use the online Tell Us form to send us your questions or requests. We will reply within one business day. If you send us your question or request on a Friday, you will get a response on the next business day.
Report Fraud, Waste & Abuse
