Your Transportation Options:
- Scheduling a Ride:
- Request at least 2 business days prior to the date of needed transportation.
- Wheelchair accessible rides are available. Let us know if this is something you need when you call.
- Same or next day trip requests for unexpected needs may also be available.
- Scheduling Public Transportation:
- Request at least 3 business days prior to the date of needed transportation.
- Bus service must be available in your area.
- Other Travel Options:
- Call prior to your health care visit to see if mileage reimbursement is an option for you. Reimbursement limits apply.
