Medication Therapy Management

We know the impact  of proper medication on your health. The MTM program will:

• Help you safely use your drugs
• Helps your providers and other caregivers work better together
• Helps you learn about your drugs and the right way to use them
• Helps your health

 The MTM program  works one-on-one with your pharmacist.  They will meet with you to go over your drug list.  It covers:

• Prescription drugs
• Over-the-counter drugs
• Herbals
• Supplements

The MTM program are at no cost to you. Ask your pharmacist if they are part of the MTM program.  They may also reach out to you if they think you could benefit from  MTM. Call us to learn more.
