Emergency Prescription Refills
CareSource members impacted by Tropical Storm Debby can fill a prescription early if needed at any pharmacy participating in the CareSource network. Members can call Member Services at 1-855-202-0729 (TTY: 711). We are available 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
CareSource 24®: 24/7/365 Nurse Advice Line
In the event your office is closed or unavailable, your CareSource patients can call CareSource24 any time they have questions about their health. A caring registered nurse will answer questions and can even help members decide what kind of care is needed. Nurses are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
