Scott Markovich oversees all CareSource health plans to support member growth, provider strategies and health plan performance. He also leads the product strategy as it relates to managing individuals with complex needs. As the Chief Financial Officer, Larry Smart leads CareSource’s overarching financial strategy including long-range planning, investment management, forecasting and budget analysis. He is responsible for establishing financial performance metrics that align with our growth plans in addition to executing all of CareSource’s tax accounting, local and state tax returns and regulatory filings.

David Donohue is the Vice President and President of CareSource’s Arkansas Market, CareSource PASSE™. Prior to joining CareSource, David served as the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Medicaid plan with WellSense Health Plan where he led state operations. David’s dedication to Arkansas extends back to the launch of the Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity.

David Herndon is the president of CareSource’s North Carolina Market and has more than 20 years of innovative health care leadership experience. He developed one of the country’s first aged, blind and disabled managed care plans and has built both acute and long-term care provider networks, launched new Medicare and Medicaid plans, and developed value-based payment models.
